Purchase a Gift registration in their name.
Print out their Gift Registration email with their registration name and number.
Use Origami to fold it into a nice envelope (optional).
Download the game and the add-on personalities (from the private link in the registration code email) and copy the installation files and a saved copy of the registration code email to a thumb drive or CD ROM.
Envelope, wrapping paper and a bow (optional).

Register the game in the name of the person you would like to give it to.

Register the game in the name of the person you are giving the gift to.
Have it emailed directly to them if you don't plan on wrapping it ;-)
You can use your own email address if you would prefer that the registration information be sent back to you so that you can give it them.
